Madline Noel
Candidate · Lauderhill Commissioner · Seat 4
“Leadership begins with listening, showing up, and taking action — guided by faith, compassion, and a servant heart.”
Her Story
A Life of Service, Faith & Community
Before becoming a community advocate, civic leader, and ambassador for the City of Lauderhill, Madline Noel was — and remains at her core — a devoted wife, loving mother of three, proud grandmother, and dedicated servant leader.
For years, Madline has been an active presence in Broward County Public Schools, volunteering, supporting educational initiatives, and partnering with the community to help students succeed. She believes that raising strong children requires a strong village, and she has dedicated her life to being part of that village — not only for her own family, but for neighbors, friends, and residents throughout Lauderhill.
Her advocacy journey led her to serve as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem, where she championed the rights and well-being of abused, abandoned, and neglected children. Determined to expand her impact, she graduated from the Parent Leadership Training Institute of Broward and launched Project STRETCH — an initiative focused on building stronger communities through Service, Technology, Resources, Education, Trust, Communication, and Hope.
A woman of faith, Madline completed Calling and Ministry Studies and earned her credentials as a Licensed International Chaplain. Her faith-centered leadership continues to guide her work and reinforces her belief that service, integrity, and compassion are essential to building a stronger Lauderhill.
What Drives Her
